Homes for sale!
| Arbco has a mix of existing homes built in 1910-1940 era and new homes in 2 multi-unit buildings. The existing homes are typical of single family homes built before WWII in Madison, these are being sold on an "as is basis". The 2 new buildings, Erin House and Orchard House, express our interest in green and sustainable building methods, as well as best practices for cohousing communities. |

Views of the new buildings on Erin and Orchard St. |
Arbco has several features that provide access for all. The new buildings (Erin and Orchard House) have
elevators and accessible entrances at the ground levels. The central walkway outside the buildings is fully accessible,
a challenge on a site with a 30 foot elevation change. The Common House, with it's large dining room and guest suites,
is accessible to both the Arbco community and visitors. Two new units have extensive upgrades for accessibility, paid for in a cost sharing arrangement between Arbco and these members.
